  • Visit the official portal of the UIDAI Aadhaar Authentication History
  • Enter your Aadhaar Card Number and fill the Captcha code and Click on Send OTP
  • After clicking on the Send OTP button you will receive an OTP in your Registered Mobile Number
  • Alongside a page will open up that will ask for the OTP and the data range you are searching the details for.
  • After filling all the details press enter that will redirect to the page that contains your Aadhaar Card Authentication History.

  • The downloaded file is password protected and therefore needs a password which is first 4-letters of your name in capita followed by the year you are born.
