- Visit the official website of the Aadhaar Seeding portal and login into your account using your Aadhaar card number
- After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the Aadhaar seeding portal and click on the Start Now button
- Now, a form will appear where you’ll have to enter all the details and make sure to choose the scheme as the Ration card
- After filling out the form, click on the submit button
- After clicking on the submit button, an OTP will be sent from your registered mobile number which you’ll have to enter in the given field
- After successful verification, your application for linking your Aadhaar card and Ration card will be done
Using SMS
- For using SMS to connect an Aadhaar card and a Ration card, the user must send an SMS from the registered mobile number an SMS as “UID SEED <State Short Code> <Scheme/Program Short Code> <Scheme/Program ID> <Aadhaar Number>” to “51969”
