Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a scheme launched by the Modi Government under the campaign name “Skill India” to provide adequate training to 1 Crore youth in various set of skills by the year 2020. This scheme primary focuses on the developing skill to prepare the youth to do a startup or to do jobs. PMKVY offers a total of 419 jobs which are divided into 34 Sectors. Skill Development training will focus on practical and theoretical skills and will be based on the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF), which makes the trainee ready to be employed by the industrial employer.

Placement is offered to the candidates who are eligible and perfectly fit to start earning regular income that this scheme aims. After completing the course you can either start doing a job or start a business around the skill you have learned.
