- Now, a form will appear which you’ll have to fill with correct details like name, address, account details, etc.

No, you cannot sell your vehicle with the FASTag device installed as the device is registered with your name and vehicle details, it is not safe to do that. Also, the FASTag device is a non-transferrable device hence, you cannot transfer the FASTag device either.
Yes, FASTag devices use the scanner to scan your device and deduct the payment. You’ll have to go in the specific lane designated to the FASTag device.
The validity of the FASTag device is of a lifetime and you can use the device up until the lifetime of your vehicle, however, if the FASTag device gets damaged then you’ll have to purchase a new one by surrendering your old device.
If you surrender your FASTag device then you’ll receive the balance amount remaining in the device in your bank account.
