  • Visit the bank branch and ask the bank representative for account update form
  • Now, fill the form with correct bank details like name, account number, etc. and within the form there will be a column with net banking, mobile banking, SMS banking, etc. activation
  • You’ll have to tick all these services to activate them
  • Now, submit the form to the bank representative along with any identity certificate like Aadhar card or PAN Card
  • After submitting the document, your form will be reviewed and further processing of request will be done
  • You’ll be notified about the Net Banking, mobile banking, etc. activation after your request will be processed

How to Activate Bank of India app?

The following are the step by step processes for the activation of the Bank of India Mobile app-

  • Download and install Bank of India app on your smartphone
  • Open the app, the app will ask for few permissions, provide it
  • Now, choose the sim card which is associated with the Bank of India account  
  • An SMS will be sent from your registered mobile number to the bank and will initiate the Mobile banking process
  • Now, you’ve to set the User ID followed by clicking on “Check Availability” and choose the appropriate options
  • After entering User ID, you’ll have to create the login PIN followed by enabling terms and conditions and click on the Submit button
  • Now, select the account number and Customer ID followed by clicking on proceed button
  • Now, enter the ATM card details and click on the submit button
  • An OTP will be sent on your Registered mobile number which you’ll have to enter in the relevant field followed by clicking on the verify button
  • Now, you’ll have to create Transaction Password followed by clicking on the submit button
  • After setting up the transaction password, you’ll be able to login to your Bank of India app
